Relay cable set suitable for LED ramps and auxiliary lights with DT connectors.
With the relay cable kit, LED ramps and auxiliary lights get their main power via DT connection directly from the vehicle's battery. This method of installation is suitable if you have installed several LED ramps/extra lights or when the vehicle's regular power supply and wiring is too small for the installed power consumer.
The relay cable has a built-in fuse holder with 15A fuse and 40A relay. Suitable for 12V.
Wiring diagram:
DT connection: Attach the cable to the DT connector of the lightbar and connect it to the corresponding connector of the auxiliary light.
Control current: Connect the white cable to the positive cable of the high beam and the black cable to a ground connection at the appropriate location. For best results, we recommend using a waterproof splice sleeve with shrink tubing to secure the splice on the positive cable. This will activate the LED light bar while the high beam is switched on.
Power source: Connect the red cable (positive pole) and the black cable (negative pole) to the vehicle's power source, such as the junction box or battery.
