Sales and Delivery Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Other terms apply in accordance with general terms of supply NL 09 which is drawn up by the Nordic countries´ technology industries organizations including Norsk Industri (The Federation of Norwegian Industries). Please contact us if you require a copy of this.

Product

Product development is continuous and we reserve the right to change specifications on products in this shop's catalogue.

Delivery and Packaging

Unless otherwise agreed terms of delivery are ex-works from our warehouse in Grästorp, Sweden (Incoterms 2010). We reserve the right to choose the carrier if no other agreement is made.

Returns

When ordering our standard catalogue products, the rules of EU distance selling apply, with the option to return within 14 days of receipt. Niso Tech AB reserve the right to charge the buyer for any additional costs arising from incomplete returns. Any damage or deterioration of quality resulting from the return / transit from the buyer to Niso Tech AB is the responsibility of the buyer.

After the 14 day period, returns of fault free products are credited to a maximum of 80% of the products' invoice prices. Returns of goods that are not standard stock items are not accepted. Upon return of the fault free goods, these shall be sent at the buyer's cost to Niso Tech AB. We do not accept any claims for compensation of downtime, lost productivity, labour costs or other indirect costs.

Complaints

Buyers must immediately upon delivery check that the item is undamaged. If there is any visible damage on the packaging, this must be noted upon receipt on the consignment note and reported to the carrier.

Complaints relating to incorrect or defective goods must be presented within 8 days of receipt. Resolution is normally via replacement with fault free product. Other claims are not considered.

Guarantee

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period is 1 year from receipt. Goods with manufacturing or material defects are repaired if possible, or alternatvely replaced with fault free product.

Retention of Title

Products / goods remain the seller's property until they are fully paid.
