Safety Seal PLUS Tubeless Tyre Puncture Repair Kit
A Permanent Tyre Repair in 3 Minutes
Today's refined tyre designs with extremely thin inner liners are very sensitive to mechanical processes using grinding tools, drills and reamers. Safety Seal Plus makes internal repair possible without mechanical processing of the tyre.
The system is a combination of two unique repair methods. Safety Seal Plus tyre repair kit provides optimal sealing against the inner liner and fills the damage from the tread to the inner liner even if the damage is diagonal or angular.
The Liquid Patch, is a specially formulated butyl rubber which, when applied, dries to form a flexible, airtight and permanent seal together with the inner liner. The kit contains everything for both exterior and interior repairs.
Tyres repaired with our PLUS Kit have been tested by TÜV in Germany against standard ECE R 30 for car tyres, at speeds over 300 km/h (186 mph), as well as ECE R 54 for truck tyres - the same standards that new tyres are tested against.

11120-kit for car tyres contains: 60 x 10 cm tyre repair plugs, tools, extra 13 cm needle, Lube, knife, Prep & Primer for preparing the inner liner, Liquid Patch for flexible and effective sealing of the inner liner and special tools for inserting the repair from the inside of the tyre.
11160-kit for truck/bus tyres contains: 30 x 20 cm tyre repair plugs, tools, extra 17 cm needle, Lube, knife, Prep & Primer for preparing the inner liner, Liquid Patch for flexible and effective sealing of the inner liner and special tools for inserting the repair from the inside of the tyre.
